At 7:30 am, we will arrange for your hotel pickup in Belgrade to commence our expedition through the picturesque landscapes of Western Serbia.

Our initial destination on this West Serbia tour will be the serene banks of the Drina River, where we’ll visit the renowned House on the Drina. This iconic attraction is a log cabin constructed atop a stone from the river. Subsequently, we will proceed to a vantage point to relish the awe-inspiring vistas of mountains and the crystalline waters.

All aboard! Our following stop will be the famous Šargan 8 Railway, celebrated as the narrowest train in all of Europe. We will step back in time as we occupy seats in its retro-style carriages and marvel at the extraordinary scenery. Along the journey, we will uncover fascinating historical tidbits and the significance of its name.

Post this nostalgic journey, we will venture to Mećavnik, the venue for the annual Kustendorf Film Festival. This ethno-village, along with its wooden dwellings, was designed by the Serbian filmmaker Emir Kusturica. Here, you will have some leisure time for lunch while admiring the distinctive wooden and naturally crafted artifacts.

Once we regroup, we will initiate our return trip to Belgrade. En route, we will traverse the remarkable and winding Ovčar-Kablar Canyon.

Our tour will conclude as we arrive back at your Belgrade hotel around 7:30 pm.
